PROFILE

Evangelina Fysa

Evangelina Fysa is an entrepreneur and strategist working at the intersection of technology, luxury and culture. Her career has been shaped by an enduring fascination with how technology changes the way ideas, brands and culture are created, communicated and experienced.

In 2021, Evangelina founded Bungalow 28 independently.

The agency began with a different idea. After facing rejection after rejection, she went back to the drawing board, reassessing where her strongest capabilities intersected with a genuine gap in the market. From that process emerged a new proposition: to close the gap between technology and image for fashion, luxury, art and culture.

Bungalow 28’s first cheque was €35. Built entirely without external investment, the agency grew from that first piece of business into the three-vertical ecosystem it is today — Innovation & Tech, Brand & Content, and Media & Culture — bringing technology, strategy, creativity and cultural intelligence under one roof.

Since then, Bungalow 28 has expanded beyond its home market, working across Europe, the Middle East and selected international markets. Its work and cultural footprint have extended across luxury, fashion, art, technology and sport — from projects and activations surrounding Formula 1 and GITEX to its growing relationship with The Business of Fashion. Evangelina has participated in BoF Crossroads in Dubai and will attend the invitation-only BoF VOICES 2026 in Oxfordshire.

In 2025, Bungalow 28 entered its next stage of growth with the opening of its office at LABS Tower in Nicosia, as she continued to build the team and scale the company internationally — still independently funded.

Evangelina co-founded Tallulah Resortwear with her mother, Melina Fysa. Building the company introduced her to entrepreneurship from the ground up — from eCommerce, branding and communications to production, international wholesale and sustainability. India, where the brand produces its collections, became particularly formative, shaping both her approach to business and her personal outlook.

Tallulah's first international customer wore the brand at Coachella, marking the beginning of an early following in the United States. The business would go on to expand across the US, UAE and wider GCC and Europe, participate in WHITE Milano, and receive international editorial recognition including Vanity Fair. Evangelina and her mother were subsequently recognised with the Madame Figaro Woman of the Year Award in Fashion & Jewellery. Her work with Tallulah has also extended beyond commerce: she conceived and organised the brand's charity fashion show in support of the Cyprus Anti-Cancer Society, bringing together fashion, community and social responsibility.

Yet Evangelina’s approach to business is not purely analytical. Faith, intuition and spirituality sit alongside strategy in the way she thinks about leadership. Her talks often move between the corporate and the intuitive: commercial decision-making alongside instinct, resilience alongside surrender, and ambition alongside a belief that not every meaningful decision can be reduced to a spreadsheet.

Outside work, she is equally interested in the rituals that sustain performance and creativity — wellness, cooking, baking and beauty — alongside a longstanding fascination with Formula 1, a world she follows not simply as a sport, but for its intersection of technology, performance, brand-building and culture.

Across her work, the curiosity that began with that first website at 18 has become a guiding principle: understand where technology is going, understand where culture is moving — and build at the point where they meet.
